Small Adobe After Effects count up timer*2

I need specialized timer for my football videos, to be done in Adobe After Effects and then I will use it in Adobe Premiere where I edit video.
It is count up timer starting from 00:00 and counting up to 45:00. After 45:00 there should be another clock appearing showing additional time starting with +
So for example when 46:00 is played it will show 45:00 +01:00
Project 2 is equal for project one but it starts from 45:00 and counting up to 90:00 and additional time - like 90:00 + 02:30.
Note that double digits should be used - 00:59 - not 0:59.
