Paid on delivery
I need to add direct WhatsApp messaging to our in-house ERP so that I can trigger posts to existing WhatsApp groups right from the dashboard. The key requirement is that every message—whether plain text, image, video, or other attachment—must show my personal phone number as the sender inside the group, not a generic business account. Scope • Analyse which officially supported (or reliable alternative) APIs or gateways can post to WhatsApp groups while preserving the original sender ID. • Design a lightweight integration layer that my ERP can call through REST or webhooks. • Build and test endpoints for sending both text and multimedia. • Provide clear setup notes: token management, device pairing, rate limits, and any compliance considerations. • Hand over documented source code plus a brief walkthrough so my team can maintain it. Our ERP already exposes REST hooks, so you can plug in whichever backend stack you prefer—Python, Node.js, or .NET are all acceptable as long as installation is straightforward on a typical Linux server. If an approved WhatsApp Business API cannot satisfy the “send as personal number” rule, propose the most stable workaround (e.g., on-premise gateway, companion device approach, or an automation tool). I’m open to licensing a third-party service provided it remains within WhatsApp’s terms and keeps group functionality intact. Please outline: • Your experience with WhatsApp Business API, Cloud API, or similar libraries. • A brief plan for achieving group delivery from a personal number. • Estimated timeline for a functional prototype and final hand-off.
