the ubuntu 24.04 hub is doable, id containerize the whole thing with docker, frigate as the nvr backend and nginx to proxy the streams out over hls. php can sit on top for whatever web dashboard you need. pretty clean setup to maintain long term. one thing before i scope the hours, are these ip cameras pushing rtsp or is there a mix of stream types? that changes the ingestion side a bit.
