Apollo-Pipedrive Email Automation

I need a small AI-driven bot that links my [login to view URL] prospect lists with Pipedrive and then fires the first-touch outreach through Gmail. The flow is straightforward: the moment a prospect is marked “ready for outreach” in Apollo, the bot should pull the contact details, create or update the matching deal/person in Pipedrive, generate a personalised email (I’ll supply the base template and variables), and send it from my Google Workspace account. Once the message is sent, the bot must write an activity note back to the Pipedrive record so I have a complete timeline inside the CRM. Please build this with the official Apollo, Pipedrive and Gmail APIs so I stay within their terms of service; no third-party scraping. A lightweight Python or Node.js script that I can host on my own server is ideal, but I’m open to other languages if you can keep deployment simple. OAuth handling for Gmail is mandatory. Deliverables: • Clean, well-commented source code (repository or zip) • Setup guide: environment variables, OAuth consent, cron/webhook configuration • One short Loom/video run-through showing the bot working end-to-end with a test contact Acceptance criteria: when I mark a new lead as outreach-ready in Apollo, an email is automatically sent from Gmail within five minutes, and the corresponding activity appears in the correct Pipedrive deal or person record.
