Wanted software developer to implement service/software/library for rendering on-demand of 2d arcade style horse races. The service will have to expose APIs adhering to a specification that will be provided at the beginning of work and in output will return a file or a video stream. The API allows to define the position of the participants along the path instant by instant The company does not have the necessary graphic assets, but they must be very similar to those of an arcade game that will be named later on. You are allowed to use any technology you consider suitable as long as you can use it through the network or FFI. The budget for this project is 300.00 USD
