I’ll deliver a permit-ready set for a 36'×30'×18' storage-only warehouse: AZ-stamped A/S/M/E/P sheets in PDF + DWG, a code summary citing current City of Phoenix amendments, separate structural and energy calcs, and restroom/break-area fixture schedules. I’ll address setbacks, ASCE 7 wind/seismic, IFC sprinkler triggers, IECC, and full ADA details. Two revision cycles included until the city grants approval. i would like to know the below. - What is the site address/APN, zoning, and any existing survey/utility info or known setbacks/easements? - Do you prefer a CMU box or a pre-engineered metal building shell, and is avoiding sprinklers a priority if not required? I think we should. - Use CMU walls with steel joists/deck; in Phoenix this is durable, cost-stable, and reviews smoothly for 18' walls. - Target IECC compliance with a cool roof and low-flow fixtures to reduce comments and long-term costs. Lets follow a plan like this. 1) Confirm occupancy (S-1/S-2), fire area/flow, egress, ADA route, and site constraints. 2) Lay out the ADA restroom and small break area along one side with efficient plumbing runs. 3) Run ASCE 7 loads, design slab/foundation/framing, and complete structural and energy calcs. 4) Produce and stamp A/S/M/E/P sheets, compile code notes, submit, and resolve comments (up to two cycles)
