architectural 3d models to be outsourced

We need an additional modeler for our building models. We work in Maya... but 3DS max is acceptable but not preferable. Please let me know an approximate per model cost based on the examples below (not hourly). Also consider what you would charge for texturing the models. Also please detail turnaround time and other production issues You will likely be asked to supply an example of your modeling work. We primarily deal with industrial/distribution facilities, however an occasional office/home/sports complex will sneak in periodically. All model copyrights will belong to my company (we are sensitive about non-proliferation) Attached (whoops! additional images will be sent in email form) are a couple of images so you have a sense of the level of complexity of our modeling requirements. You will be required to model the building and grounds/parking areas, and a low resolution proxy for camera angles. Please advise if this is unclear. Workload will average ~3 jobs per month. Sometimes 2 or even 5 some months. If our outsourcing efforts are successful, this is likely to increase. We will communicate over skype with mostly daily input/review during the job.
