Hi MartinEdlinger, Last week I delivered a concept package for a wellness + rehab center in Abu Dhabi; very similar brief. I’m confident to handle this really well. I’ll blend clean modern lines with Omani character—shaded courtyards, carved screens, earth‑tone stone, and falaj‑inspired water. I use AI to draft options fast, then firm them up in AutoCAD/Revit for plans, Rhino/SketchUp for massing, and Enscape/Lumion for photoreal views. Every deliverable is clinician‑ready and technically sound. i would like to know the below. - Do you have a room/area schedule (PT/OT counts, hydro, gait, admin) and any clinical or accessibility standards we must follow? - What are the site constraints (plot size, setbacks, parking, orientation, height/FAR) and utility access for the serviced kitchen? I think we should. - Build an adjacency matrix first to lock patient/staff/service flows and kitchen clean/dirty separation. - Run quick sun/wind studies to place courtyards and shading early, cutting heat gain and boosting comfort. Lets follow a plan like this. 1) I turn your brief into a one‑page concept and mood references to confirm the modern‑Omani DNA. 2) I block the plan in Revit: clear therapy zones, support, outdoor rehab, and BOH kitchen with loading/exhaust. 3) I model massing and key elevations/sections; add quick sketches to explain the logic. 4) I produce Enscape/Lumion views and a tight slide deck; we iterate fast and lock the package
