Alter arduino code

I currently have a small piece of code for Arduino that will read 3 bytes of data from a specified Eeprom address over I2C and output this over serial.

I need to instead store this on the Arduino and convert from Hex to decimal EG "00 04 57" converts to "1111" in decimal
