Arduino wemos d1 mini wifi manager, lolin 32d programmer exe and bat file builder needed and using ap mode and config pages

PLEASE HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH the following to bid on this project. -Arduino -wemos d1 mini -wifi manager, -publishing OTA for arduino wemos d1 mini from a server -lolin 32d -programmer exe and bat file builder needed and -using ap mode and config pages. - You must have a d1mini so you can test the code that we are working on. -arduino control of rgb led -using the bluetooth on the 32d I have a small arduino file that i need an expert who has experience with wifimanager and fixing and knows and someone who can look through my code and clean it up as the person i had helping me made careless errors so i would like to improve the code as well how to resolve the issues of the wifi connectivity. I can use the same code on 5 boards and some will work and some will have a weak or no wifi signal this has to do with the version of the library using 2.4.2 because 2.5.0 will make this error and not work. i then need to make some changes to my config page which we use on [login to view URL] of the d1mini I need to resolve this and make a few minor change to some formatting on the configuration pages i have on this as well I then need to be able to publish our fixed code on my server so my devices will update with ota and finally need to compile and exe file program that will run and install the arduino code on to the d1 board. I already have an old version of this for a sample so everything is aleady done just need someone who know what they are doing so i dont have to teach and go through the learning curve on how to do everything, This has potential for long term employment or contract basis as well.
