I have been making liquid dispensing machines for the past one year for selling milk, cooking oil or water to low income earners. I have been using a PLC bought locally to run the machines which uses an arduino promini but i would like to produce my own using promini or artmega 328P. Would you design a PCB for the same to work with a 12V DC pump, a flow sensor, LCD screen, keypad, ON/OFF switch, start/stop switch and two LEDs for power-ON and pump-ON? I need a low cost but reliable controller which i can mass produce, and it should come with a code and ports for programming using arduino IDE, connectors for pump, flow sensor, and power feed.

Dear SIr, I have solid experience in milk outlet valves. Please check my portfoilio I have developed firmware for a Cup Filling and Sealing Machine. your pumps are working in 12V So we have to use relays. And Arduino Pro Mini is a best solution. I will deign the PCB. What is the flow sensor you are using? I have experience in PLC too. Let me know your ladder. I can convert it to a arduino sketch with latching and other things. Thank you.
