Make intake air pump with arduino

I have just normal air pump. The air pump with remote controller. In remote controller exist just only two button. Buttons are on/off. When press on button Air pump is working until stop (maximum air pumping). After finish pumping the air is maintain with high air pressure. When press off button the pumped air are release so air pressure is gone. The remote controller provide 2. But they are definitely same function (They provide remote controller for prepare lost). But what I want is Just let function 1 remote controller (It can be replace arduino but function (on/off) should be same) and another 1 remote controller Off button is same, But when press On button I want to change it just air pumping few time (5~10% of maximum air pumping range). In additional When air pumping the pumping we can hear pumping sound. Then 1 remote controller (original) is make sound 10 seconds. Because original remote controller is full air pumping until maximum. But another 1 remote controller we remodeling on button is just 5~10% pumping in maximum range. Then with second remote controller pumping sound is only 1~2 seconds. Do you understand? What I want is fake someone. So we make it same design and same size remote controller. But different function ON button. So I want to make pumping sound decibel and sound duration. We can make buzzer or something for fake pumping sound.
