I brainstorm the script with the clients and so we have this wonderful mish mash of good information.
when we make the introductory phone call we don't know what we need to use on the phone yet. we don't know what will be the best approach or what objections will come. So I like keeping it free flowing and use what what we need. I need some better formatting and sorting of this so that the client has a clean one page document he can feel confident with in presenting to his management team. I usually have 6-7 pages of information. I need to narrow to one - two pages, with additional information as extras ie. objections, questions, company info, contact info etc.
