Previous experience with customer support in consumer organisation such as helping consumers with their comlaints, searching for information, finding solution, etc. It was mostly on national level and through some European projects on international level as well. Phone customer support, personal advice, e-mail advising, articles, etc. 2 following languages: Slovak, Czech. Polish language as A2 passive user. I also have a friend who might help with Bulgarian language (studied Slavic languages) and Polish language, too.
