Article writers are needed for an education website related to study abroad, exams like IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, SAT, GMAT, etc.

I've at least 100 topics for articles so it is a long-term work. I'll also provide reference links for inspiration on each topic.
Some example topics would be "how to prepare for IELTS speaking Exam", "Tips to ace GRE verbal exam", "How to write an MBA essay", "Top 20 tips to crack GMAT Exam", "How to prepare for interviews", "How to apply for student visa", etc.
We need articles of average 500 words per article.
Pricing: $1 per article of 500 words
Payment: We'll pay on a weekly basis.
Our requirements:
1. Native English Speaker. You must be extremely proficient in English holding the BEST English grammar writing skills.
2. Plagiarism-free articles, so please do not copy as we'll be checking using plagiarism software
3. You must be comfortable with the pricing provided above (no negotiation)
4. All articles MUST be original content
5. Please, only serious writers needed to contact us. Must having SEO Content Knowledge.
6. You also cannot share/copy or give out the articles to anyone that you write for us and all the copyright of the articles will belong to me.
7. The article has to be interesting and engaging, it must be fun to read.
8. You must be able to research on the topic and also write from your own experience. You should be able to advise students in various areas.
9. If you want to post the article with your name, please let us know and we can work around that as well. Posting articles with your name will help you to build your own brand as well. However, please remember the articles will be owned by our website and you cannot post it anywhere else online.
BID $5 for 2500 words. We will create ongoing milestones thereafter. Please also attach some sample/examples of your writing work.
