Dear Mr. Matthew North,
I am a new freelance writer, but not new in writing product reviews. My job before, is to write technical reviews for parts, equipment and materials required for multi-million projects in a petrochemical refinery. These articles are evaluated by contract specialist in ARAMCO and SABIC. My review will determine if such equipment will justify the need to be purchased under a constrained budget, or something close to that.
I do understand your frustration in searching for a good writer. I had my share of frustrations too, when I was working in Saudi Arabia. Particularly with the "IPB".
In my method of writing, I use the "Naturally Speaking Dragon" dictation software to make my articles. My recorded speech would then be transcribed to text by the "dragon". After, I would let Amy of Ivona, a text to speech software to read out the dragon's work. It is more efficient to just listen to Amy for grammar and spelling errors. Like when something doesn't sound right, you'd catch it in a flash. Same with the spelling.
This is me speaking, transcribed by my trained dragon, and proof read by Amy's sweet voice. Microsoft Zira sounds a little stern at times, so I prefer Amy. A typical charade like this with my circus, takes about ten minutes.
Now that I have your attention, I hope I can get your approval too.
I hope to hear from you soon.
Yours truly,
Jonathan Stewart Bartolome.
