The candidate will be handling a vast majority of the outfit. Blog content will need to create every week. The material should be catered towards the real estate community of my specific geographic location. The articles should force the prospective client to engage themselves. We mainly would like the client to convert in our blog, and move towards considering our brand for homeownership. The candidate will also be responsible for landing pages, and the creation of how-to-books, to function as bait for "prospective clients." Your knowledge of marketing will be essential here. You will know the number of times prospects can be contacted via email, etc.
You will be responsible for the management of Facebook, Indeed, and Instagram management. You will be required to get engagement from peers and create content for which the peers can interact with. You will be required to make all platforms attractive to a growing client base. They are using various magnets to get more people to view our page and spark discussion.
We have a WordPress site that would could need some tweaking. We would also like some SEO optimization.
We mainly want someone who understands real estate. If you do not understand real estate, I can teach you. We want someone who has the following skills: WordPress, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Lead Page Creation. If you think I need something else, please let me know.
