Write real estate and related blog posts

IF YOU ARE NOT CANADIAN, YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED" I'm looking to try out a few people to write one or two real estate blogs/articles. I would like Canadians, preferably (but not necessarily) Ontarians as many of the articles would be region and city specific (Niagara Region). I have a long list of blog topics and some title ideas that would need to be constructed backwards. I'd like to test a few writers and I'll give the full remaining list to whomever provides the best service in my opinion. I'm looking for thorough research and people who can work their magic with google SEO. These will be English articles, written in Canadian english and if links are included, which would be nice in a few instances, I would prefer they also be Canadian. I have a flexible timeline but punctuality is extremely important to me. I've already written a lot of articles and have had many written for me as well so I'm running out of topic ideas, but I have the remaining list to work through. The chosen person would be extra helpful if they could come up with additional topic ideas that I have not already covered on my website haha. I'm not looking for overly long articles. Perhaps 500 word articles. Certain topics may be shorter and some may be longer, but I'm not picky.
