What environment do you need for development? - Clouding server: There are many cloud server for deep learning, I suggest Google colab or Google cloud. - Os: any OS - Performance: Google colab suggest TPU so, I think it's sufficient. 2. How long will you take for it? I think it may take me 30 ~ 45 days. 3. How much do you want to charge for it? I want you to change this task to hourly project. My hourly rate is 30usd per hour. But I can consider in case of the long term job. Of course, you can pay fixed. that is you can select manual mode. As following your description, this system's input data is video, and this system has to predict whether input data is processed by digital technology or not. I am very interested in your project. Let's jump directly into your worries and questions: 1- Experience: I am skilled in deep learning and thanks to my research skills, I can get the state of the art model working for your task and discuss the different approaches. I do hold a masters degree in this area. 2- Environment for development: I do have my own PC with a good GPU and SSD, so I will not need that from your part. 3- Production environment: I understand (and correct me if I am wrong as this is not clarified in your Job Description) that you will need a website (or a web-service) that can upload a video and then classify either fake or not. We will need a server with a GPU engine. We have different alternatives here to use Google Engine or Amazon etc... We can get to this when our model is finished and ready for deployment, as the final model complexity will decide the needs for the GPU 4- How long will you takes for it? 3 to 4 months 5- How much do you want to charge for it? Clarified in the bid. I will prefer to charge by milestone as described in the bid milestones. I am okay also for hourly bid, but that will have to be paid periodically, and I will charge 35 USD per hour taxes free. That particular identification point or points will be our logic where from we may write the code. We have experience though and we are 100% confident to create it for you. 1. Initially we will develop it in our own development environment and will show you update from there and later we will ask you to purchase AWS where we will deploy in cloud. We will be making use of frames for making predictions against the video. How much I will charge? It depends on the data set. Please share the data set and predictions you are looking for.
