Game Development - Flash/ASP(repost)

I have an online board? game that is both single player and multiplayer. You can think something like Poker, Checkers or Bingo. In the multi-player version, the game has available tables and each table has 4 seats (players). The game currently needs some bug fixes and some updates. The bug fixes include: 1) Multiplayer module BUG. The multiplayer module works perfectlty, but ocassionally goes DOWN. I want the coder to activate it again and try to find out why it ocassionally goes down and try to fix the bug. The multiplayer module typically runs fine for months before it goes down, so perhaps is a server issue. if that is the case, the coder should write a script that polls the server every hour and if it detects the multiplayer system down - it should send me an email. 2) UI Updates and Improvements. The game looks fantastic. However I wan to make some small updates and improvements to the menus and user interface. 3) Lobby System I want to create a simple "Game Lobby" to handle multi-player management and assigning them to tables/seats. This lobby should be simple, so we can have it developed by you or obtain an already built lobby and integrate it to the game. Right now, we have a nice multiplayer game, but the "lobby system" is not user friendly, so I would like something more user friendly and intuitive. Developer MUST have expertise in the following: - ASP/ASP.net - MS SQL - Flash Development - C# - Windows 2003 Server Environment Basic understanding of modeling and animations preferred. If new animations or models will be added in this update. I will provide them for you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
