Development of minisite for an electronic design contest

You are bidding for the realisation of a miniweb site. The site will be dedicated to an electronic design contest with open participation. You will provide these aspects of the site: - original graphics integrated with our logo - short introductory flash animation with sound, inspired by the contest theme. - one home page and a minimum of three (3) different subpages. - a participant registration form, connected with a Microsoft Access database and automatic e-mail confirmation system - a "protected area" that only registered users can access with an individual password. The work is quite easy for someone who has experience in graphics and web development, but the schedule is strict. We absolutely need this work ready in 10 working days from the bid assignment. BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL. IF THIS SCHEDULE IS TOO STRICT FOR YOU, DON'T BID. IF YOU TERMINATE LATE, WE WILL OPEN AN ARBITRATION PROCEDURE AGAINST YOU. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! ## Deliverables You will provide these aspects of the site: - original graphics integrated with our logo - short introductory flash animation with sound, inspired by the contest theme. - one home page and a minimum of three (3) different subpages. The site is very small and simple, so each page must have a menu with links to to navigate to any page. - a participant registration form, connected with a Microsoft Access database and automatic e-mail confirmation system (the user fills data, the system sends an email with a confirmation link, the user clicks the link and the registration is done). - a "protected page" that only registered users can access with an individual password. You don't need to provide pages for database administration online (we will more simply download a copy of the access file). Nevertheless, if you want to provide them because you have them ready from another work, just declare it in the bid and we will consider it when choosing the winner. Moreover, you don't have to provide text: the usual "lorem ipsum" is ok. To orient your imagination, take into account these concepts: invention, ideas, electronic design, radio frequency, friendly contest, educational, young, university. Mandatory and non-negotiable requirements: 1) The site must integrate our company logo and be based on company colors. 2) Programming language is ASP or ASP.NET. You can use no client-side languages, with the sole exception of Javascript. The site must be fully navigable without the need for the user to install additional components (if Adobe Flash Reader is not installed, animations will be not visible but navigation must still work). 3) Database is Microsoft Access 4) Static graphics in .JPG or .PNG 5) Animations in Adobe Flash 6) The site must be perfectly accessible, visible and fully working when viewed with the browser listed in the bid. You will start the work on your own local server. We will later give you full access to our web space so you can upload and test your work. Working cycle is: 1) you provide us several mockups of the home page, and a draft introductory animation. 2) we give you feedback on animation requiring changes/corrections. We also select the mockup we like more, and again ask for changes. 3) after you get the approval of the mockups, you start developing the subpages and the registration system 4) you put then the whole site online for our test. If the test fails, you do the required changes and repeat step 4. If the test succeeds, the work is over. Good luck with the bid, and if you need more details, keep asking until everything is clear.
