I need simple image generator web app with 2 texts on top of it

I need an expert in web app developer (i prefer using blazor, dotnetcore, asp.net instead of php, but i dont mind using PHP) to help in making simple app where user can: 1- Select an empty image template from selection list where each template have places for 2 text boxes: title and description. (1- empty pages [login to view URL]) 2- the user write the text he wants for the title and description, where user can rite in any language he want, and choose the color of the words of the text to be normal, bold, italic, underlying, forcolor, backcolor, alignment (left, right, center) and have 2 buttons create/edit the image or go back. (2- create-edit [login to view URL]) 3- user can see his saved images and he have 4 simple buttons: share via Whatsapp, download, edit, delete. (3- [login to view URL]) Note0: I have implemented all the features in .net core blazor c#, I just have a problem with the create/edit page responsive and Arabic texts Note1: the page should be responsive. Note2:I will not accept any automated applies for the project, neither bids with high time and budget as this is a very quick project with source code available which just fix or rewrite. Note3: I will not award someone before seeing results, as the whole job is few minutes job neither releasing any payments before for completing of the project and testing enough to be sure that everything works well
