WEB API Project using C#/VB.Net Visual Studio Community Edition

Hi, I am a full stack web developer and having 9+ years of working experience in Microsoft Technologies. I have worked various enterprise applications ( Application portfolio management, inventory software, POS, and etc.,) I am a new freelancer and I should be able to handle this project.
