Wasm-to-js bridge library

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a Wasm-to-js bridge library for my project. I'm writing my own compiler for my own language and would like help creating a library that creates code that accepts information about objects in my language, which compiles to wasm, and create an object in javascript.
In case that isn't clear for the function you are writing:
The input of this function being called will represent an object in my language
The output of the function is code
The goal of the wasm code you generate will be to create a way that I can pass in an object in my own language, which can include ints, uints, and floats of various lengths, as well as characters, strings, arrays, pointers, or sum types (think Rust enums) and this will create something an object that can be used from javascript. This should also support primitives.
Kind of like writing the code that would support '#[wasm_bindgen]' in Rust being compiled to wasm.
I want to run your code which has been compiled to wasm at compile time, which will output wasm that can be run at runtime.
My language is statically typed, we'll have to figure out how to work that in given javascript is dynamically typed.
Unit tests that show this working are required.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Wasm, and JavaScript programming languages. Your code should be written in javascript, and output wasm. Potentially Rust that compiles to wasm that outputs wasm would work well too. The library should focus on performance optimization to ensure seamless integration. The library should also be easy to integrate with other systems.
