Heartfelt Wedding Voice Memo Creation

I have a couple short, candid recordings of my father-in-law speaking. For our upcoming wedding, I want to turn those scattered seconds into one seamless, emotionally-charged voice memo that can be played during a special moment of the ceremony. This is strictly for a special event—a wedding—and the finished piece needs to feel intimate, emotional, and heartfelt rather than formal or humorous. I have what I want to be said, and I need someone who can change the emotion spoken. The few second clips I have, my father-in-law is speaking to his first child. I need someone who will be able to match his voice and create a voice memo of what I want to be said to my fiancé in the morning of our wedding. I’ll supply the original files via cloud link along with a rough order for the sentences. Ideally the final runtime will land around 30–60 seconds, though I’m open to your creative judgment if it flows better a little longer or shorter.
