Server Streaming and VOD of Audio and Video

Installer and configure streaming video and audio and VOD: It is required to install and configure: • Video Streaming Server. • Audio Streaming Server. • VOD server. • Cache server to lower the latency of the reproductions in other zones. • Audio and video transcoding in order to allow playback of multiple audio and video formats. Characteristics requested: • Adaptation of the transmission to the different operating systems of the users of the service, for example, Browser as Chrome and IExplorer, Tablet, Smartphone (Android, IOS), Smart TV. • Automatic ability to adapt bitrate, video resolution (4k, Full HD, HD, SD) in case it detects low quality of the user's connection. • Architecture that allows to grow in parallel streaming services and VOD with load balancing. Servers to implement: • Must be open source. • Run on Ubuntu, centos. Functionality for the user of the Service: • Adjust the bitrate for the person who listens. • The user of the service can advance and rewind the playback that is being viewed. System Administration Tool: • Allow upload of video and audio files to be played in VOD Service. • Allow to load video and audio for the streaming, loading several hours of transmission. • Allow to enable several streaming signals in parallel. • Allow multiple profiles to be enabled for VOD content in parallel. • Allow to configure default resolution for each session of streaming and VOD.
