Looking for a reliable transcriber for on-going oral history project.
Good quality audio. American accents. Some military terminology, some Vietnamese place names. Will provide format for transcription.
I can only pay $10 per hour, so please do not bid if you cannot work at that rate.
A small (10 audio minutes) sample will be required as a test.
Will expect turn around time of 7 days or less per interview. Interviews vary dramatically in length. Some are 2 hours, others 4 hours plus. Turn around time is VERY important to me. The faster I get files back the more work I can send you.
I will send one interview at a time and the next one once the first interview is complete. Interviews come in multiple files.
I will pay through the getafreelancer escrow service.
I will use the either the [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view] service to upload files.
With filewind I can post a notice to the message board that files are available for download. With [url removed, login to view] I will need a valid email address.
Files can be returned to me by email.
Original audio should then be destroyed.
