Job Description:
I have a patio enclosure construction project in Colorado. I am trying to get a permit for this project. I have mostly completed designs, but I need someone to draft proper designs that will be passed. I have all the measurements, layouts, and rough designs.
I have attached the material I have, but the feedback from the state building permit office is:
Please make the following adjustments to your ePlan prior to resubmitting; Site Plan- Site Plan needs to include the following: Complete street address. Legal description of property. Property lines and dimensions. Include side, front and rear yards. All site improvements, including existing and proposed new construction (deck, patio enclosure, garage, etc.). Please contact Colorado Springs DRE if you still need assistance getting a Site Plan for your property: 719-385-5982. 2. Architectural and Structural Plans- Please provide the Floor Plan (not zoomed in), the Exterior Elevations, Interior Section, and Framing plans (if applicable) under the Architectural and Structural Plans category.
