Hi there, I am an in-house designer working for a gym chain. We have a new high end facility opening in Sydney. We are currently presenting the concept and will need someone to take the concept and provide a full construction documentation set for the builders. We require an experienced Interior Architect, Architect or Architectural drafter/documenter to document a complete construction set of drawings in AutoCAD for the shopfitter/ builder to price up, procure and fit out the site. PROJECT - Approx 460sqm floor plate - Boutique gym. High end. Corporate/ high net wealth clients - Layout and concept completed - Open to inputs on slight layout tweaks, better materials etc if wanted - Engaged an external lighting designer - The building housing the gym is currently under construction, it will be a cold shell within a high rise development in Sydney CBD SCOPE OF WORKS - Floor plan - Additional detail to the current concept plan including but not limited to; - dimensions, annotations, hatches - all floor penetrations - expansion joints - Internal elevations - CAD provided from architect, requires changes per interior design - Overall sections (2-3 max) - External shop front elevation - CAD provided from architect, requires changes per interior design - Internal joinery and fixture drawings and details I can provide you with CAD files from both the developers architect and my own which include everything to start and finish. I am yet to get a definitive deadline from the RDM as to when final plans are due however 25 October is the current date. It is assumed this job will run from 8 Oct to 21 Oct (TBC) Person is required to have experience and knowledge of retail design (bonus points for having done gyms previously) general knowledge of materiality, buildability and Australian building standards. We will require examples of relevant documentation. Look forward to hearing form you :)
