I am in process of a complete rebuild a terraced house and I plan to repeat the process with another identical house and I want a set of construction details based on what has been actually built - e.g - typical roof cross sections etc along with a works schedule which can be use to tender for works packages on the next house. The person needs to be - methodical thorough, have considerable technical construction knowledge and experience and obviously very good architectural detail drawing skills. They will need to be be based in North or East London as site visits are required
