Buying Ready-Made 345/34.5 kV Substation Design Package (1½ Breaker Scheme, US Market

We are looking to purchase an existing, completed substation design package for a 345 kV / 34.5 kV substation with a 1½ breaker scheme on the 345 kV side. We are NOT looking to hire a designer to create a new design from scratch. We want to acquire rights to a previously completed project that we can use as a reference baseline for our own work. What we need: Complete design documentation for a 345 kV / 34.5 kV substation built or designed for the US market (ANSI/IEEE standards, NESC compliance) 345 kV side: 1½ breaker (breaker-and-a-half) scheme 34.5 kV side: any standard configuration (single bus, double bus, or ring bus acceptable) Design must comply with applicable US standards: IEEE C37, IEEE 1584, IEEE 80 (grounding), NESC, NFPA 70E, and relevant utility/ISO requirements (MISO, PJM, ERCOT, CAISO, SPP, or similar) Deliverables expected in the package: Single line diagrams (SLD) - complete, stamped or unstamped General arrangement (GA) drawings and plot plan Equipment layout and section drawings Grounding grid design and calculations (IEEE 80) Lightning protection and shielding analysis Cable schedules and cable routing plans Protection and control schematics (relay panels, AC/DC schematics) Protection philosophy / relay settings basis Bill of materials / equipment list with specifications Short circuit, load flow, and insulation coordination study reports Control building layout (if applicable) Civil/structural drawings (foundations, steel structures) Cost estimate or BOQ (bonus) Format: Editable formats preferred (AutoCAD .dwg, Word, Excel, PDF). Native CAD files are a significant plus. Important requirements: The design must be a real, previously completed project (built or fully engineered). No conceptual or academic work. Any confidential client information can be redacted before transfer (client name, location, utility name). Seller must have clear rights to sell or license this design. We will require written confirmation of this. We expect a one-time payment for the design package with a clear licensing arrangement (full rights transfer or perpetual use license). Optional add-on (priced separately): If you also have deep experience with US substation design, we are open to purchasing additional consulting hours from you to help us adapt or review the design for our specific use case. Please quote this separately as an hourly rate or optional package. This is a bonus, not a requirement.
