CAD Templates and Blocks needed for Architecture and Design Firm

We are a residential architecture and design firm in the US that is seeking professional drafting assistance in AutoCAD. Must be super skilled and detail oriented. Tasks: build block library (furnishings and architectural block - dynamic), create templates for building standards (sections, details) that will go into our drawing sets, and more. This will be a larger amount of hours up front and then an ongoing role over time to make adjustments and keep us up to date. Could also turn into a consistent drafting role with the firm as well. We work in imperial measurements (not metric). You must be familiar with architectural design, wood frame construction in the US, be familiar with US Building Codes.
