Developer looking for a draftsman to get the as-built plans drawn up into CAD for an existing 1970's motel, then a submittal to the City of College Station, as the basis for a lobby expansion. Only need the lobby right now, then we'll ultimately need all 52 rooms for a total of 22,558 SF before we begin full renovations.
