Need building plans for Accessory Structure ( Shed ) of Odd shape

I need some building plans that are structurally sound however that is an odd shape, since I want to maximize the available square footage. I have some hard requirements 1. Need at least 1 wall to be 20' internally for storage of some long steel stock. 2. Ceiling heights unfinished internal need to be 10' 3. Must meet building codes for Duluth, GA 4. Have 10' setback due to drainage easement on one side and 5' from on the other, and 20' from the Garage (from all I understand from the Duluth, GA code [login to view URL] ) Duluth Required Documents: A site plan (may use a plat of survey showing the proposed location of the accessory structure, the foot print of the structure in width and length, distances from side and rear property lines and the distance from the primary structure. A drawing of the proposed structure indicating anchoring, wall and roof construction details and height of structure measured from grade. Other things: Looking at using roll up doors of at least 7' wide and 8' tall, flexible on the actual product, but have been looking at ( [login to view URL] ) Siding will be concrete board siding. Will be on slab, most like monolithic slab. I have some renderings that I did but not sure it is accurate, as my tools for scaling the pdf of the survey is not ideal for this type work, but gave me something to see what was possible, then using Home Designer Suite, the roof structure to me is not something I could source lumber for, the cross ties are going to be 22' long and finding 20+ 2x is challenging, could go engineered, but am hoping someone can come up with a roofing system that is easier to build/source than what the home designer suite did.
