For Production and dispatch we need to achieve the following.
We have the Following Departments
Each Deaprtment is responsible for updating the status of the jobs that they are working on.
Status of Complete- Inprogress-NA-Shipped-Not Started
The Logistics department have control over the shipping and install dates and these change regularly. Each department works on the job that is next to be installed or shipped.
The Goal is to have individual sheets for each department to update the job status, then an additional sheet for the logistics manager to be able to change dates but see the status of the job so she can book in the jobs for install. We can then ultimately have a production meeting, open the sheet and see the status and ship date of all the Jobs
