I’ll pick up your DWG, clean layers, complete the missing details, and deliver native AutoCAD plus a crisp plotted PDF set. My focus is avoiding delays, confusion, and repeat corrections by making every note and level unambiguous. i would like to know the below. 1) Do you have a recent topo/survey DWG with contours, benchmark/datum, property lines, and utility locates? 2) Which jurisdiction standards and titleblock/CTB should I follow (setbacks, driveway slope limits, stormwater notes)? I think we should. - Lock an agreed FFE and drainage path early (swales, slopes, catch points) to prevent any regrading later. - Use strict NCS-style layers and xrefs so updates are safe, traceable, and plot perfectly. Lets follow a plan like this. 1) Review your files, audit layers, set coordinates; attach survey as xref and verify benchmark. 2) Finish exterior elevations; coordinate roof geometry (ridges, hips/valleys, pitches, eaves); fully annotate. 3) Build the site plan: setbacks, driveway grades, spot elevs, contours, utilities; add clean dimensions and notes. 4) QC pass: clash/level checks, sheet set + viewports, final CTB plot; deliver DWG + PDFs for fast iteration
