Ongoing Marketing Tools Management

Initial set up and training for HubSpot CRM, Tidio AI Chatbot, Mailchimp Automation and a WordPress site, all on their free plans, and they are the backbone of my client-acquisition funnel. What I need now is a reliable partner to keep everything connected, current and producing leads week after week. Scope of work • One-time setup ($200): confirm every integration, configure each workflow, test end-to-end delivery of the P&L Calculator, and be sure the chatbot is capturing and tagging leads correctly. • Monthly management ($120): write and schedule three Brevo cold-email blasts per week for Colorado small-business owners, post one fresh article to the blog every week, update WordPress plugins, monitor site security, and track every new contact inside HubSpot—complete with Google Calendar syncing so consultations never slip through the cracks. HubSpot tasks include managing contacts, tracking leads and keeping the calendar sync running. On WordPress I need plugin updates, security monitoring and the weekly content posting handled without fail. Everything must continue to run on free tiers (HubSpot Free, Tidio Free, Mailchimp Free, Brevo Free), so creative work-arounds are welcome as long as performance stays solid. Acceptance criteria • All tools connected and tested with no paid upgrades. • Cold-email open and click tracking visible inside Brevo. • Each new lead appears in HubSpot with correct lifecycle stage and a calendar event when a consult is booked. • No plugin or security warnings on WordPress. • Blog shows a new, well-formatted article every week.
