I understand your real goal: a strong, safe shell that fits the shown body, meets regs, and avoids delays, confusion, and rework. i would like to know the below. - Which standards and loadcases must we satisfy (FMVSS/ECE, Euro NCAP/IIHS) and your target torsional stiffness and mass? - What material and manufacturing route are you leaning to (HS steel, aluminum, CFRP; stamped/extruded/RTM) and any supplier limits? I think we should. - Freeze hardpoints early and design clear load paths to mounts; this cuts rework and lifts stiffness and crash performance. - Use a hybrid material + joining plan (steel crush zones, Al/CFRP where stiffness-to-weight pays), validated by stepwise FEA.
