Blur Trade-Show Text Cleanly

I have a single 8-second clip shot inside a busy trade-show hall. Several signs scattered across the frame display brand names and I must remove every trace of those words without altering the look of the booth, lights, or visitors. The texts pop up in different regions—sometimes top left, sometimes lower right, even briefly in the centre—so I need a selective blur tracked to each occurrence. Please apply a heavy blur only on the letters themselves; the surrounding scene should stay crisp and noise-free. A masking and motion-tracking approach in After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or any other professional editor you prefer is fine, as long as the final file looks seamless and has no resolution loss.
