Looking for an Azure Synapse Expert

I am a microsoft certified BI developer with 10 + years of experience of working with ETL and BI tools such as SSIS , SSAS , Azure ETL , Pervasive , Informatica , castiron , SAP Bods , SAP BO , OBIEE etc . I have done a project on azure synapse for a wine company in Newzealand which basically was using Azure Synapse to do ETL and use azure spark pools for ad doc Python data wrangling and ML . Using pipelines , Blob and azure sql we were pushing data to azure blob which was ultimately being consumed in Snowflake using snowpipe .
