In most roles, I handled the full conversation—from first contact to closing—but I’m especially comfortable on the closing side. That said, I can adapt depending on what you need. I’m fine with commission-only and understand the structure, including getting paid after funds are collected. That’s not an issue for me. For the voice sample, I can send one over, just let me know if you want something specific or a general intro. If someone says “send me information first,” I usually reply with something like: “I can definitely send that over,just so I make it relevant, can I quickly ask what you’re currently doing for [problem area]?” I try to keep the conversation going instead of just sending info and losing the lead.
