About the Role We are looking for a Marketing Operations & B2B Lead Generation Specialist to help manage and scale our outbound marketing engine. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role centered around: B2B data sourcing and list building Multi-channel campaign execution AI-driven marketing operations and automation You will help improve execution speed, data quality, and marketing system scalability. This is not an administrative support role. It is a growth operations role for someone who can combine data work, campaign support, automation, and workflow ownership in one reliable function. What You’ll Be Doing B2B List Building & Data Management Research and identify reliable B2B data sources Build targeted prospect lists across multiple segments and markets Clean, normalize, deduplicate, structure, and enrich lead data Maintain CRM databases and prospect segmentation Keep data usable across outreach, CRM, and campaign workflows Marketing Operations Support and execute campaigns across multiple channels Publish and distribute content across website, email, social, and third-party platforms Support campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads Help execute outbound email campaigns, drip sequences, and cold outreach Update websites and landing pages using WordPress, HubSpot, or similar CMS tools Coordinate with developers where needed AI, Automation & Workflow Optimization Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI platforms daily Build automations using Zapier, Make, and CRM automations Identify manual tasks that should be replaced with scalable workflows Improve speed, accuracy, and execution quality through AI and automation Freelancer & Project Coordination Help source and manage freelancers across design, video editing, copywriting, and SEO Write clear briefs and manage timelines Help ensure quality delivery and organized execution across contributors Working Rhythm Daily: data sourcing, list building, campaign monitoring, execution support, AI-assisted workflows Weekly: campaign analysis, CRM updates, segmentation, freelancer coordination Monthly: reporting, strategy improvement recommendations, automation opportunities, execution quality improvements Deliverables Clean and structured prospect databases Executed marketing campaigns Automation workflows Weekly and monthly performance reports What Success Looks Like We will measure success based on: Lead quality and conversion rate Campaign performance, including CPA and ROAS Data accuracy and usability Workflow efficiency and level of automation Success in this role means not just producing output, but improving the systems, data quality, and execution model over time.
