We help other marketing agency owners scale their operations without the overhead of hiring in-house fulfillment. We are seeking a Part-Time Sales Development Representative (SDR) who specialises in "Agency-to-Agency" sales. Your mission is to connect with over-leveraged agency owners and book them for a partnership consultation with our director. You aren't selling a lead-gen service; you are selling them time, scalability, and better margins. The Mission: A2A Outreach: Cold call and message agency owners/principals via LinkedIn and phone. Consultative Qualifying: Identify pain points such as "fulfillment bottlenecks," "high churn," or "low profit margins." The Message: Successfully position our white-label services as the solution to their scaling problems. Meeting Setting: The only real metric that matters. Book qualified partnership discovery sessions for our leadership team. Candidate Profile: The Master Communicator: You must be able to speak agency talk (billing models, white-labeling, fulfillment, churn rates). You don't sound like a telemarketer; you sound like a consultant. Agency Experience Required: You have previously worked for or called on behalf of a marketing agency. Thick Skinned: Agency owners are busy and often receive dozens of pitches daily. You need the skill to break through the noise and handle high-level objections. B2B Expertise: You understand how to navigate gatekeepers and reach the CEO/Founder directly. Compensation (Performance-Based): We believe in rewarding those who fill the pipeline with gold, not just volume. Tier 1: $8 per hour AUD (Must meet minimum revenue/size criteria). Tier 2: $10 AUD Bonus for every agency that books a discovery sessions with the director. Measured by appointments completed. Minimum KPIs: You must meet a minimum of 4 booked discovery sessions per week. Looking at an average of 12-15 hours per week as a start. Why This Role: Unlike standard B2B sales, selling white-label services is about building a long-term partnership. One closed agency can result in 10–50+ client accounts over time.
