I am having 6+ years of experience in Accounting, Analysis, Advisory, Tax and relevant Compliance, Migration, and conversions for companies based at USA\UK\Canada\Australia of more than 30+ accounts till now. • Setting up Invoice templates, Processing of Sales Invoices and Bills, sending customer statements, and setting up and running Debt chasing process and reminders • Processing of quotes and purchase order, converting purchase order to bills and sales invoice, running weekly / monthly payment cycle and batch payments • Inventory items set up, setting up tracking and untracked items, and writing off inventory • Fixed Assets item set up, linking with GL codes of FA, setting up depreciation schedule, and processing monthly depreciation • Managing and changing report codes in reports for correct Ratio analysis Setting up management reports and running the same Customization of P&L and BS report customization as per requirement and tracking them • Running aged payable, aged receivable summary and detailed reports, contacts reports, accounts transaction reports, the export of general journals for auditing • Review of assurance dashboard for audit trails • Set up of various tax rates and running and reconciliation of tax reports with what is submitted to government and balances in the balance sheet

I can do this job within given time for Bill of quantities with analysis, optimization and evaluation. Further more depends on Project and update time to time as needed. Please describe the specifications/drawings etc. in detail to save the time and quality of working.
