U.S. Healthcare Client Services Specialist

The role centers on end-to-end patient coordination for our U.S. healthcare partners while you work remotely from Ranchi (or any quiet home office). Typical daily flow involves answering inbound calls, arranging services, updating the patient’s chart in the EMR, and liaising with insurance or vendor teams—always during overlapping U.S. hours. Your background should already include at least six months inside the American healthcare system, and you’ll draw on that experience to manage both clinical information and revenue-cycle details. Because you excel at phone support, quick, warm, and HIPAA-aware conversations are critical. I also need someone who is equally comfortable inside EMR and billing platforms; extensive experience with both will let you glide between charting, authorization checks, and claim follow-ups without extra training. Stable, high-speed internet, clear spoken and written English, and a disciplined remote-work setup round out the essential requirements.
