Visionary Art Director for Music Video

Project Overview We’re looking for a highly creative and visionary Art Director to lead the visual identity of an upcoming music project. This role is for someone who understands how sound translates into visuals someone who can build a cohesive aesthetic across cover art, promotional content, and overall brand direction. This is not just design work. We’re looking for someone who can shape a world around the music. What You’ll Do Develop a unique visual identity aligned with the artist’s sound and vision Direct and conceptualize album/EP artwork, single covers, and visual rollouts Guide mood boards, color palettes, typography, and overall aesthetic direction Collaborate with designers, photographers, and video creators Help define branding across social media and promotional campaigns Ensure consistency across all visual outputs What We’re Looking For Strong creative vision and originality (not template-based work) Experience in music, fashion, or culture-driven visual projects Ability to translate emotion, tone, and storytelling into visuals A solid portfolio showing art direction not just design execution Understanding of modern visual trends in music (album art, rollout aesthetics, etc.) Good communication and collaborative mindset
