I have a site drawing that must clear the SmartDCR / eNaksha scrutiny engine used by the Punjab Urban Development Authority (PUDA). The file currently throws the classic “Layers not formatted” error. I will share both the problem DWG and a fully approved sample so you can see the standard I need duplicated.
