Job Description:
I am looking to hire a freelancer to create a tax application that caters to both federal and provincial for persnal and crporate (T1,T2 and T3) filing in Canada similar to these applications

This application should be designed for online and mobile access and not desktop platforms.
This project requires the vendor to search for information, connect with CRA (Canada Revenue Agency) on behalf of my company as an intensely team to analyze all requirements and regulations to deliver the final outcome which will be tested by CRA and approved for usage.
You're expected to act as a complete and independent team with very little to information from my side other than reviewing and commenting on progress. I'm thinking there will be a business analyst involved, a dev environment that's different than production environment, and maybe a testing environment. This is not a project to be handled by a one person working from home, but rather by a trusted development company. For this reason, I'm not in a rush to get your proposals immediately unless you're ready.
The application should be able to integrate with other applications in furore (not in this scope, but important to know)
Security and final host in Canada are important.
The final UI / UX should be similar to [login to view URL] or better.
I want to bring the beauty of technology to the accounting world and I'm looking for an everlasting partnership. This application will require to he supported once its launced then continuosly being updated as per new regulations.
Once it's launched, the vendor will have to provide a mini call cente to receive calls from clients and support them accordingly for usability and technical issues.
