Im looking to launch a local sustainable food operation. It could be a brick and mortar, food truck or trailer. My idea on the product would be gourmet tacos infused with flavors from all over the world. As i have moved down to South Florida being a chef, i was super surprised that the seafood selection wasn't all that great and the pricing was even worst. I have been a chef for the last 10 years in and out of a wide varieties of kitchen. I graduated with my hospitality and culinary degree. I have a ton of ideas on what i want to do just need help getting there one of my biggest mile stones is creating a solid business plan. If i could help with that would be highly appreciated!
