3D characters engine and application

Hello, looking for a talented programmer specialized in graphic development able to develop 3D application to manage virtual characters in real time. Would be a desktop application connects trough internet to allow users interaction in a virtual world. Allow to switch several views: subjective view, two people view, overal view. You have a strong background in graphic development. And you are able to develop even the 3D engine if needed. Prefered language is C/C++, don't like too much Java, but... Final product should rund under several operating systems. This is the first step on a longterm project.
